I am very passionate & proud about the fantastic & professional service that Petwatch & Paws in the Pink! provide & here are some of my clients testimonials:
Petwatch
“We are absolutely delighted with the services of Petwatch. They regularly walk our dog
Molly, who greets them eagerly knowing she will be getting a good walk and time to play with
other dogs. Petwatch also takes the worry out of holidays for us; they look after Molly and
come to our home to feed our small animals – rabbits and guinea pigs. They are reliable and
completely trustworthy. We would be very happy to recommend for their care and
consideration.”

“Kiri has been feeding my cats for over 4 years now to allow me to take holidays or weekends
away whenever I wish. Petwatch are very reliable and tidy too. I have been very happy to
leave my keys with them knowing that both my keys and my cats are in safe hands. My cats,
Felix and George, thoroughly recommend them.”

“Thanks to Kiri and the Petwatch team, we have been able to rehome a rescued lurcher,
Jasper. He is a sweetie and Kiri and her team have worked extremely hard to make Jasper
the dog he is today. Kiri has walked him for over three years. Jasper was once hand shy and
very destructive; over the years with our love and attention and that of Petwatch he has
flourished into a loving, strong, happy dog. Thank you Petwatch.”
The Townsend Family
“I’d like to thank Kiri and her team for all they have done for us and our dog Bramble over the
last three years. We could not manage without them as we lead very busy lives and we are
completely able to trust Kiri and her team to provide us with a reliable and professional
service for dog walking and behavioural advice and guidance. They are knowledgeable,
flexible and always attend to our requests for help. I only have to see my dog rush up to the
door when the van arrives, excitedly wagging her tail and looking so delighted to see her
friends, to know that Bramble is always in the best of hands with Kiri and her team.”
The Binks-Moore Family
“Kiri and the team at Petwatch have helped us with regular walking and socialising for our
lovely, lively Chocolate Labrador Wilson over the past 3 years, as well as holiday cover for
Wilson and our cat Ollie. We also worked with Kiri on Wilson’s training, helping us to improve
his recall and prevent him jumping up. They are a great team who obviously love animals.
They are reliable, trustworthy and professional. We trust them implicitly and recommend them
to everyone we know.”

“Petwatch has looked after my pets for nearly 11 years. Apart from being 100% reliable,
flexible and hugely professional, Kiri and her team are extremely knowledgeable and always
caring and relevant with advice. I would trust Kiri to look after my children not just my animals!
There are plenty of people offering a service similar to Petwatch but I think you will be hard
pushed to find anyone who does it with as much attention to detail, personal service and
efficiency.”

“Thank you for the work you did with Poppy, my Bichon Frise; with your training she has
become a more balanced dog. I am able to leave her alone for longer periods without
distress. Poppy was quick at clicker training and enjoyed every minute – making her happy.
Thank you again.”

“About a year ago, we took on a rescued Irish collie that needed a lot of love and who had
spent the beginning of his life by himself and was completely untrained and unsocialised.
However loving he was, he was also impossible and over reactive to most things and we
struggled for some time to train him but after a while felt we needed professional help with
him. We contacted Kiri who came and assessed him, and with her firm guidance and
constant training we have been able to overcome most of Bobby’s problems and can see
great improvement. No longer do we have the snarling bundle full of suspicion but a loving
and much better behaved dog that can now be introduced to people and other dogs with a
happier attitude from him and us feeling more relaxed and confident. Thank you Kiri for your
help.”

“Ebony used to have behavioural problems and grumbled at children. Ebony does still
grumble at times, but with the skills I learnt from Kiri and Paws in the Pink, I have learnt what
Ebony wants and can read her, so her grumbling happens very little and usually when she is
tired. I can now leave her happily for a few hours in the day, with no mess or signs of
disruption, and am able to have visitors and most importantly can take her for walks, on and
off lead, without feeling angry and upset. Generally we are much happier and have great love
and respect of dog trainers! Ebony nearly lost her home, but these days I love her so much I
barely let her out of my sight. My Ebony is now confident and happy and just loves to spend
most of her time staring at me waiting for her next command rather than looking for trouble.
She also tells me when it’s time to go to bed for some down time, which is the most valuable
skill I was taught. Thank you so much Kiri.”

We first met Kiri in a rather unconventional way in 2006. I was being “towed” at high speed across the car park of the local common by a very exuberant, strong, out of control Labrador. Kiri was walking her very well behaved “doggie clients”. She offered me one of her cards and invited me to ring her if needed.
Her offer was a turning point in our dogs life. He had previously been evicted from the first Puppy Class we attended. The second one was better but since he was so strong to control we tethered him to the piano whereby he proceeded to tow it up the hall. Needless to say the lessons were extremely disruptive and we did not make our “Grades”.
Kiri came into our lives at a time when we thought all was lost. She came to our aid by coming to the house and taking an “Assessment” Interview of all of us. The conclusion was that we had a “teenage yob” who just needed to learn how to behave in company. By this I mean not using himself as a cannon ball and launching himself at high speed on unsuspecting humans.
Next came One-to-One lessons with me and my dog. The idea is to educate us both in how to achieve what we wanted. A specially tailored work sheet was drawn up by Kiri setting out all we had learned so that we could put it all into practice when we went “walkies” on our own.
As well as all this there was training from Kiri which involved taking him out with some of her other doggie clients to learn how to behave in doggie and human company.
Today I have a lovely, well behaved Labrador, who adores Kiri and still goes on walks with her because he loves it.
As testament to Kiri we have even been to stay at a small hotel which welcomes well behaved dogs and have been told we are welcome back.

Jessica, my 5 year old Border Collie had significant behavioural problems as regards socialisation with other dogs and separation anxiety. Kiri started work with her some 18 months ago and the change has been remarkable. Jessica continues to go out with Kiri and her other dogs twice a week as she enjoys the company now. She has taken a dog that was very difficult to handle and now I have a loving dog that is a joy to walk. I cannot recommend her complement of service enough.
